DELIVERY POLICY
This policy covers shipping for all products. When an order arrives depends on when the order is placed, where the product ships from, and transit time.
Time and day the order is placed. For orders placed before 11:00 AM CST on business days, every effort will be made to ship the product the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST on business days will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Transit time. This depends on the carrier (FedEx, UPS or freight carrier). Ground: in most cases delivered 3 to 4 business days after shipment. Two day: delivered within 2 business days of shipment. Overnight: delivered the next business day after shipment. Large reducers may ship by LTL freight.
Location of product. Many products ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Lead times for items that are not in stock will be shown on your quote or order confirmation.
